Practicing Good Hygiene

BY ASHNEEL CHAND – On August 20-21, our new hosts from Food and Beverages attendants, Chefs and Stewarts participated in an intensive hygiene training course called Good Hygiene Practice. The training was facilitated by the Ministry of Health. They gained valuable insights into essential food safety procedures, effective temperature control, and the identification of three key types of hazards. This training equips them with the knowledge to maintain high standards of hygiene and ensure a safe dining experience for everyone.
