16th Floor Reopens

BY KEALA RAZA — OEH welcomed February with a grand re-opening of our newly renovated 16th floor on February 4.

Our dynamic 16th-floor room attendant, Lai Hung, cut the blue ribbon to present the new product. Housekeeping team members were excited to see the new room offerings and to celebrate this “housewarming” moment together with malasadas!

Four floors down and 13 more to go with all public area spaces to be renovated throughout the year. Stay tuned for a new era for the OEH OUTRIGGER property!

Lion Dance Event

OEH welcomed Sing Yung Dragon and Lion Dance Association as they performed ceremonial good tidings from the port-cochere to the lobby area spreading good fortune.

OWK also welcomed Sing Yung Dragon and Lion Dance Association in celebration of Lunar New Year.

BY CECI HAMAO — Hosts and guests enjoyed fortune cookies with a personalized message from OBC. As is tradition, the highlight of the day was the lion dance that started at our hotel entrance and went around the hotel for good luck.

Special thanks to our housekeeping team led by Janice Ng and our hosts Li Ping Lin, Alicia Zhu, Zhi Yi Chen and Kunying Huang for the festive lobby decorations and delicious Chinese food for our OBC ‘ohana.
