Welcome, Cynde!

Dear Outrigger hosts,

Please join me in welcoming Cynde Vannatta to the Outrigger family as general manager (GM) at Royal Sea Cliff by Outrigger (RSC) on Hawai‘i Island. Cynde joined us July 18 and reports to Kris Nickelsen, regional director Hawai‘i Island and Kaua‘i | Hawai‘i Vacation Condos by Outrigger.

As GM, Cynde is responsible to ensure resort operations are effectively managed. She works closely with all departments on site and with corporate support to create and maintain maximum profitability, customer satisfaction levels, product quality, service standards, facility maintenance and workplace harmony and ensures safety practices are in place to Outrigger standards. Cynde will collaborate with the homeowner board of directors, Wyndham timeshare representatives, property homeowners and rental owners and will actively promote the resort as a caring and supportive corporate citizen in all local community activities.

Cynde comes to Outrigger from Marriott Vacation Club where she was marketing manager for the Waikoloa Ocean Club. She is very familiar with Royal Sea Cliff having been team leader/marketing coordinator, under the Wyndham flag, for the resort. She also has experience with the Shell Vacations Club brand as regional director of support services for Hawai‘i, support services manager for Hawai‘i Island and contract processor and verification loan officer.

On the personal front, Cynde enjoys gardening, yoga, ocean activities, traveling, reading and spending time with her three grandsons. On her travel bucket list are Barcelona, South of France, Norway and Greece and on her nightstand are mementos from previous vacations, her Kindle, family photos and precious stones/crystals.
