BY CHUMPAREE LAOWISESKULL (Ying) — New Outrigger Laguna Phuket Beach Resort hosts and trainees participated in a mini orientation to better understand The Outrigger Way, our core values and brand standards. Hosts also gained hotel product knowledge to enhance service to our guests.
